SiloHemp.com Shipping Guidelines
Shipping costs are dependent on the items in the order and the quantity of said items. Total shipping costs will automatically be calculated during checkout or when the shipping cost calculator is used. Please allow time for the order to process, which can take up to 1-2 business days.
Generally, orders are processed within one business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. We ship using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the order.

We ship using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the order. After an order is in transit by the USPS, the delivery time is estimated to be 2-4 days within the United States provided there are no delays.
Product availability is visible on the product pages with the status of “In Stock” or “Out of Stock”. Generally, most of our times are in stock and ready to ship. On certain occasions, some items may be temporarily out of stock until it is restocked.
Tracking codes are assigned to the package when an order is processed for shipping. An email including the tracking code is sent to the email address on the customer account. If an email is not received, please check your spam folder or ensure the correct email address was provided.. Tracking may not be updated on the carrier’s (USPS) system for up to 2 full business days. This means that even though the package has been shipped and is transit, the tracking information may not show up on the tracker until a few business days later.
The main shipping carrier for orders placed on SiloHemp.com is USPS, but occasionally another shipping carrier may be used (FedEx or UPS).
Checking Order Status
- Check your e-mail – Status updates on your order are sent to the email used for the order. If you do not see any emails, check your spam folder or for any misspellings in the email.
- Check your website account – You can also sign into your SiloHemp.com customer account and check your order status from the account panel.
